Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has defended President William Ruto against criticism for insulting the opposition.
Speaking on March 20, the Cabinet Secretary said that the President was responding to individuals who have been insulting him.
According to Duale, the opposition has been insulting the head of state for 2 years, and the president finally spoke up.
He also said that the President, who accused former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua of murder, said nothing wrong.
"I think Mheshimiwa Rigathi Gachagua has been challenged on two fundamental issues, one on how he altered the will of his brother at his deathbed in London, we want him to address that, he was also challenged on how he did something to our young girl and ultimately killed her, that's another criminal offense, he should address that as well," Health CS Aden Duale said.
Meanwhile, the President has said that he has no apology to make, adding that he was responding to his critics whom he said are used to insulting him.
According to the President, the opposition refused to argue on matters development and decided to go personal.
He slammed Wiper Patriotic Front Leader Kalonzo Musyoka for allegedly having nothing to show despite being in politics for over 30 years.
