According to the embassy, the programme is being offered in partnership with Saint Petersburg State University and is financially supported by the Russkiy Mir Foundation.
The initiative is part of efforts to strengthen cultural and educational ties between Russia and Kenya.
In a statement announcing the programme, the embassy invited Kenyans to apply for the fourth intake of the free online classes.
