Russia opens free online course for interested Kenyans

The Embassy of Russia in Kenya has announced the opening of registration for a free online Russian language course targeting Kenyans interested in learning the language and understanding Russian culture.

According to the embassy, the programme is being offered in partnership with Saint Petersburg State University and is financially supported by the Russkiy Mir Foundation. 

The initiative is part of efforts to strengthen cultural and educational ties between Russia and Kenya.

In a statement announcing the programme, the embassy invited Kenyans to apply for the fourth intake of the free online classes.

“Dear friends, Saint Petersburg State University and the Russian Embassy in Kenya are happy to announce registration for the fourth intake of free online Russian language courses for Kenyans,” the embassy stated.Read more..................
