Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) leader and former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has expressed strong confidence that his party will clinch the upcoming Ol Kalou parliamentary by-election, even before the nomination process concludes.
Speaking as DCP nominations continued in the constituency, Gachagua declared that whoever emerges as the party’s flagbearer is already destined to win the seat.
