"We Will Meet Them Face to Face",Junet Mohamed Issues a Stern Warning to These People

"I want to send a message to these village parties: leave ODM alone," Mohamed stated emphatically. He accused them of constantly speaking about the party and attempting to destabilise it from within or without, adding that ODM will not tolerate sabotage.

The message appears targeted at minor political players, including references in circulating clips to groups like the DCP and a specific politician previously impeached in Parliament, whom Mohamed urged to stop meddling.

Sources close to the party suggest the warning reflects frustration over attempts by smaller entities to poach ODM supporters, dilute its brand, or exploit perceived rifts within the movement.

ODM has long been a powerhouse in Kenyan politics, particularly in Western Kenya and the Lake region, with Raila Odinga at its helm. However, the party has faced internal debates and external pressures in recent years, especially following broad-based government arrangements and shifting alliances.

Mohamed's outburst underscores the party's determination to protect its unity and dominance ahead of future polls.

"Baba taught us not to be cowards," Mohamed reminded supporters, invoking Raila Odinga's long history of resilient leadership.

The phrase has resonated strongly among ODM faithful, with many interpreting it as a call to vigilance against "destroyers" — whether opportunistic businessmen, rival party operatives, or internal dissidents.
